Some features need an account. When you create one:

• give accurate details and keep them up to date;
• keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account;
• use one account per person; accounts cannot be shared or resold;
• tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

If you are under 18, please use Learnivus with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

When you enrol in a program you get a personal, non-transferable right to watch its lectures, download its lecture sheets and take its tests for the access period shown on the program page.

• Access begins once your payment is confirmed.
• Schedules, instructors, lecture order and materials may be updated to keep a program accurate and current.
• Some programs include live classes; these may be rescheduled with notice on the site or by message.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are payable when you enrol. Payments are handled by third-party providers, so their terms also apply to the transaction.

• Browsing job circulars, exam dates and results is free.
• A fee may be refunded only within the window and conditions stated on the program page or in our refund notice.
• Access that has already been substantially used, downloaded or completed is generally not refundable.
• If you are charged in error, contact us with the transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.

Learnivus lectures, sheets, question banks, design and code are owned by us or our instructors and are protected by copyright. Your enrolment gives you personal study use only. You must not:

• copy, record, re-upload, sell or share lectures, sheets or questions with anyone else;
• share your login or program access with others;
• remove watermarks, notices or access controls from any material;
• scrape or bulk-download content from the site by automated means.

Please use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users’ accounts;
• upload malicious code or misleading, abusive or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• use the platform to cheat in, or to help others cheat in, any official examination.

We work to match every circular, exam date and result to the issuing organisation’s official notice. Even so, information can change or contain mistakes after publication. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility and application steps against the official notice before you apply. Learnivus is not the recruiter and does not accept applications on behalf of any organisation.

Programs and practice tests are study aids. We cannot promise a particular score, rank or job outcome, because success in an exam depends on many factors outside our control.

The site may link to official websites, payment providers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or close an account, without refund where the rules were broken, if you violate these terms, share your access, commit fraud or put the platform or other users at risk. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Learnivus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you keep using Learnivus after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
