What is Learnivus?
Learnivus is a study platform for exam takers in Bangladesh. It brings video lectures, lecture sheets, practice tests and every government job circular together in one place.
Do I need an account to use the site?
No. You can browse job circulars, exam dates and results without an account. You need one to enrol in a program, take practice tests or track your progress.
Which exams do you cover?
BCS, bank, teaching and other government exams. The full list is on the categories page, and each category narrows the whole site to that exam.
Programs and lectures
How do I enrol in a program?
Open the program you want, click enrol and complete the payment. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
How long do I have access to a program?
The access period is shown on each program page. It starts from the day of enrolment.
Can I download the lecture sheets?
Yes. Every lecture comes with a downloadable sheet that you can open from the lecture page once you are enrolled.
Can I share my login with a friend?
No. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or resold. Sharing your login can lead to your access being suspended.
Payments and refunds
How can I pay?
The payment options available for your program are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party providers, and your card or wallet details are never stored on Learnivus servers.
I paid but my program is not showing. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If it is still missing, email us with your transaction reference and the mobile number or email you used, and we will look into it promptly.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible only within the window and conditions stated on the program page. Access that has already been substantially used or downloaded is generally not refundable. See our terms for details.
Circulars, exams and practice tests
Are the job circulars official?
Circulars are matched to the issuing organisation and its official notice before they are published. Details can still change, so always confirm the deadline and eligibility against the official notice before you apply.
Can I apply for a job through Learnivus?
No. Learnivus shows the circular and explains how to apply, but applications are submitted to the organisation on its own website or process.
How do practice tests work?
Question banks are filed by subject and topic, so you can practise exactly what you are weak in. Your attempts and scores are saved to your account.
Account and support
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the forgot password link on the sign in page. We will send a reset link to the email address on your account.
How do I update or delete my information?
You can update your profile from your account page. To delete your account or ask for a copy of your data, email us and we will help. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page or email us directly. We reply as soon as we can.
